I booked an Easy Cab on 23 Apr, 10 at 11 AM for picking me from my residence at Sarojini Nagar at 5.45 AM in next morning on 24 Apr, 10 to get flight from New Delhi domestic airport (Booking No. B 042300025 and Cab No. 6339, Chauffer Cell No.9868555045).
However, driver of Easy Cab did not turn up till 6 AM on 24 Apr, 10 morning. When I contacted the driver, he simply replied that his vehicle developed some technical snag at Raja Garden and I should contact the Easy Cab Office to provide alternative cab. When, I contacted Easy Cab Office, they got me hold the line for about 6 minutes and informed that in another 15-20 minutes, next cab will be sent to pick up me. I took the cab of another company and reached the airport so flight may not be missed.
This is fraud practices of Easy Cab driver not to attend the booking where travelling distance of two points is less than 20 kms by citing one and other pretexts as small distance of 10 to 20 Kms will fetch them rent less than Rs. 300.
