I had horrifying Experience On 9th Feb & my whole day was disturbed
As you are aware We (ABB) has a rate contract with you & when I told the Cheffuer about this he did not Honour the same instantly instead he said that he has check with owner (Cab Allotted Driver) & demanded my signature on the slip I agreed for the same when I said that he was the first person asking for the signature on the bill he says We don't know what contract we have with Easy Cab but his owner will not accept it then I said if he is not the Cheuffer concerned to the cab allotted by Easy Cab he was not suppose to return charges then say's he is not bothered In the meantime I asked hold that I shall call customer feedback as usual the phone does get connected to your feedback section further I went to booking then spoke to Mr. Raghu however he could have patience in hearing me in this eventuality the Cheufer ran away without paying the change even then When I again complained to Raghu he gave the Cheffeur No. When I speak to him he says he has gone 10 kms away he will come back If agree to pay him 10kms charges further some how I could lodge the complaint I was assure They will call me back in next 24 hrs but it has been 24hrs no one called me back

I was over charged i.e My bill was Rs.439.00 I had paid him Rs.500.00 40 expecting him return Rs. 100 he has ran away without giving the change
