I was asked to book a cab for one of my client who was coming from Delhi. First i tried Meru Cabs but they told clearly about the cab unavailability. Next i tried EASY CABS on 43434343. I called the customer care at 8.45pm and booked a cab for 11.45pm. The procedure which he told was that the passenger will immediately get a message of confirmation of the booking and half an hour before the trip he will get a message with the driver number. The fact is nothing happened from the EASY CABS the passenger got a message at 11.50 telling that the trip is cancelled because of cabs unavailability. It was so bad from EASY CABS side that atleast they should have informed the passenger half hour before about the cancellation. Finally the passenger endup in going by auto with all his luckage and paying triple the cost of the meter.
BTW, I was also disturbed completely calling the EASY CABS and every time i call it ll be picked by a different person. The people in the customer care also was redirecting me telling the cab is on the way to the Yeshwantpur station. When i asked for the driver's mobile number, he also gave a number which later turned to be an invalid number.
This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from EASY CABS and i wont suggest easy cabs to anyone in my life time.
