I had booked an Easy Cab on the number 43434343 on 17th of may in the evening for travel from my residence in Banaswadi to Bangalore International Airport. I needed the pick up at 9:30 in the morning. I got a confirmation message for the same on my mobile B000134 from Easy Cabs immediately.
Next day morning i waited till 9:00 a.m. but i did not recieve the driver details. I kept calling for half hour on their call centre number which put me on hold for half hour. Finally a lady responded to my call and assured me the driver will be there on time and she will send me the driver details.
Despite all of this I did not get any details. I waited till 9:50 and then became desperate. thankfully one meru cab guy agreed to take me.
I lodged complaints on their website and i got apology calls from their customer care office. they said due to unavailability of cabs they could not send me one. I find this as the most ridiculous excuse. If I had missed my flight would easy cabs have paid for it?
