I had booked Easy Cab on 3rd Feb morning at 10 am for a pick-up at 5.30pm From Domestic Airport to Lokhandwala Complex, Booking ID was A020303577 Car no.9034, Chauffer No.8108756488, at around 5.10 I get a call from the driver that his car has been in garage & wrongly assigned to me & hence cancelled. No one at the call center was helpful or for that matter courteus. At the last moment I had to look out for my self.
Easy Cabs are most unprofessional & would not recomment then at all.
