I want to purchase New Swift VDI car in the month of Aug. I approached My car (Bhopal) malviya Nagar where Mr Salman Khan has attended me. He said that at present no swift car is available in display, he will show the car as soon as possible for test drive also. After that I phoned three days to him for test drive and all the time he assured me to come, but he failed to offer car for test drive. In the meanwhile I approached “Jeewn Motors” they have given good response and provide me test drive immediately. After this representatives from both the dealers asked me to book the car daily. I have decided to book car fron “Jeewan Motors”. But one of my cousin working in MP LUN who has some contact with Mr. Saurabh Garg, told me to book car from “My Car” because Garg sab promised him that they will provide car up to Diwali. Therefore I booked car on 30th Aug from “My Car”.
Story begins after this. Near Diwali I try to contact My Car to know the status of delivery, they said that due to strike in the factory production has stopped and it will take some more time but it will be delivered up to Dec. Here the point is that after booking the car nobody has intimated anything to me, but I have to contact my car and every time receptionist asked me to whom you have booked the car. I told her that I booked the car from “My Car”, I have receipt of Rs. 10, 00 0. I can tell my Customer ID, but she insisted me to tell the name of person who booked my car. After lot of discussion she gave me one mobile number to contact further, but she has not tell me about position of delivery of my car. It happened every time when I phone on 4222999. That mobile is always busy. She gave me another mobile no. Ultimately I contacted Mr ………………. & he told me that he cannot tell exact position but I will get my car in the month of Jan end or Feb 1st week.By this time I lodged complaint to Maruti H.O. After this one phone from Mr Amit has come to me and Mr Yashwat Both along with some other person came to my house and told me that I will get vehicle between 25-30 Jan. Finally Mr. Amit has informed me on 28th Jan that my vehicle is on the way from factory and asked me to process for billing. I told ok go ahead. After that 2 days passed away and nobody has informed me about delivery. On 31st Jan when I contacted Mr Yashwant about my car then he told me to come and collect car upto 5pm. I reach to your show room and contacted Yashwant and asked about total amount I have to pay. During discussion he told me that until unless I opt for additional 2 years extended warrantee, he will not deliver the vehicle. I told him that u can not force me to take extended warrantee, std warrantee is sufficient for me. But he shown “Dadagiri” to me., and started harassing me. Then he told me that until unless your cheque amount not come into our account he will not deliver the vehicle. I ask him My Car’s SBI a/c No. and deposited balance full amount at about 4:00PM. Still they have taken to much time to show me the vehicle and finally deliver the car in the night at about 7:30 pm. I could not inspect my car thoroughly because of darkness. I got Insurance paper next day. But still I have not received original invoice. God knows when I will receive RTO papers & No. plate. Bhagwan bachaye my car walon se……….
