Dear sir,

I have booked a ticket (PNR no4431057409, Transaction ID 0364216527) from Aluva to Kasaragod through electronic reservation date of journey 19 Julykindly note that the train was redirected via Palakkad. I myself checked for cancellation but it couldn't. I enquired in ERN reservation counter on 19-07 about 11.30 hours, they intimated it will be automatically cancelled and the amount will come to your account. I have checked my account till date I have not received the amount. I request you to kindly do the needful at your earliest.
