I have purchased an alto K10 vehicle from Maruti show room, Mira Road, and chosen to fit Mac wheels manufactured by NEO WHEELS LIMITED (Reg: No. 043104) of R-202, M.I.D.C, : RABELA POLICE STATION, P.O.GHANSOL, NAVI MUMBAI. as advised by the mechanics
However second day after its installation I have noticed that the wheels are not suited for Alto K10 accordingly I have lodged a complaint with Laxmi Cars. However Laxmi Cars could not help me to get a replacement for the wheels on the contrary they have given me back the original wheels of Maruti.
I have paid Rs.20, 000/- for the wheels. I have lodged a complaint to the company, and got reply that they would look into the matter and reply me within 2 days. However after passing now 1 month since then no reply has received from them.
From the market I came to know that the particular wheels that I fitted were recalled by the company due to manufacturing defect. However, the company failed to offer replacement to me till date.
