Hi i am rohit, i purchased a honda aviator bike from emerald honda on 10 Jan. The address of the dealer is "Solitaire", Opp. commissioner Office, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad 380004. They dispatched the insurance policy through a substandard courier service on 13 March after a gap of 3 months. The courier service did'nt get the policy to my house but instead asked me to come to there office and collect it. I could not collect it as i had no time and moreover its the responsibility of the dealer ship to provide it at my house. the policy was sent back. I have contacted the leadership at least 15-20 times for the policy. they are not able to trace it. Their response has been very poor. They have asked me to contact the courier service and find out about the policy and that its not their responsibility. When i spoke to the manager of the showroom i was promised that very soon the policy will be send to me through a better courier service however till now nothing has been done. there have been some emails which have been exchanged between manager emerald bikes limited and me but still after several promises nothing has been done. I have been severely harassed by the Dealership and also I am not able to use my bike as i still do mot have the policy.
