I had booked an enfield classic 350 CC on 27th Decemeber 2009 with a delivery promise in written for 20-25 days. Since then I have been trying to get my bike and the company has not delivered it till date. I have written to their customer service centres repeatedly and also tried to come on terms with the concerned dealer, however I have received no response whatsoever. I have even made the full payment of Rs. 1, 03, 300 on 15th January as requested by the dealer for speedy delivery. I am appalled by the response of such a high esteemed company. Even if I cancel my order, who would bear the loss of interest income on such a hefty amount for over a month. I am a middle class person and it took me months to save for this bike. Would request you to please take it forward and drag them to consumer court. Hopefully you will listen to my plea.
