Fork oil leakage

Fork oil replaced on 23.8.10. again same problem.comlaint fprwarded to service dealer m/s southern motors spares & service.but refused to attend till2.11.10.very arrogant in replies.regretting why i bought this brand. maintanance is more expensive then my car.
