Service and manner of talk of an manage

I have 5 Honda scooter and one Honda car .which are activa old model and new one, dio old model, eterno and unicorn and one are jazz. I have a complaint of an manager of "imperial" Honda in Vapi (e), guj name "gulam bhai" . last week i gave my eterno for repair due to petrol leakage . while taking away from servicing i saw that all petrol was over complete . so i just want to know what has happen to it . but there was no one who was giving me a proper response, so i went to Mr gulam who was head of service department. i though being an educated person the way of talking would be good or decent, but the way he swear at me or shouted at me was worst then anything . my manner of talk was polite and he was talking to me like i was his servant . i hope a strict step would be taken again him

Customer Care is also been very bad in sense.
