E ticket
Un cancelation of e ticket

Dear sir,

I booked a ticket on WWW.irctc.com on 21 mar. The train was farakka express from Kanpur to Delhi the journey was from 9:15 PM in evening to 4:30 Am of 23 mar. The train was 7 and half hour delayed, when we tried to cancel the e ticket then it didn't canceled they showed that we cant cancel the e ticket. so i want that you please talk cancel my e ticket refund my money.
