My name is Tarakeswar & i am an Indane gas subscriber. Everytime i book a gas i have to persue several times to get the gas delivered. People booked after & having some connect with the agency gets gas earlier. Even the gas scarcity is shown as a reason & cylinders are blacked at Higher price. The Agency with repeated complaints turns a deaf year towards the complaints & made false commitments of delivery. At high crisis time i have to search the delivery driver everytime & pay him some extra money to get the gas. It is of ultimate necessity now to stopthis pathetic managed agencies immidiately in interest of the consumers. My gas is booked on 20th of July & i am still awaiting delivery. Instead of 3 complaints on the same by means of personal visit & phone the same has still not been delivered. This has turned routine & i am facing this since last one year. I am sure there are several customers like me who will vouch for the poorest service of this agency.
Request please intervene for the needful urgently...
