I am Mohanji. C P, working at SBT Maradu Branch. I purchased a new Honda CB Twister KL.39 D 1927 with some accessories like Saree Guard, Crash Guard and Lady's Handle, Handle Grip etc.on 20.10.2011 by paying full amount in the invoice value Rs.58, 686 vide our Banker;s Cheque which the dealer encashed already.
My son had already purchased a Honda Stunner 2 years back from the same dealer by availing a Loan from his Salary linked Bank. My sister, who is the Manager of a Co-operative Bank had a Honda Activa purchased from the same dealer which she exchanged for a New Honda Activa just 1 week before. Thus, our family is a genuine affinitive customer to Honda Scooters and Bikes still possessing the legacy entrusted to the same dealer.
I am depressed to note after the 1st Service of my vehicle, 1 week before that the Saree Guard, Crash Guard and The Centre Stand attached to the New Bike is having rust. I contacted the dealer over phone and made a complaint regarding this and had told that they had cheated me by putting rusted parts to my New Bike which I demanded to be replaced by genuiine new parts. One Renil Wilson, responsive authority though promised me that he will come with another service engineer, inspect the vehicle and take it from my bank premises for redressal of my grievance. So far nobody came to inspect my vehicle as promised and rather showing total negligence and irreesponsibility to me.
My son was frequently dissatisfied with the poor and obsolete after sales service extended from EVM Vyttila. Now I also happened to experience the same to such a poor uncourteous neglecctive attitutde bestowed to customers like my family despite the fact that there are more elite dealers like Muthoot Honda extending very valuable service to customers ; thus we seems to be trapped and cheated.
Therefore kindly take intiative steps to resolve our grievances.
