Execel gas service
Egarding non deliver of cylinde

Respected sir,

Since last six months Excel Gas Service, a distributor of Bharat Gas, located at Sector - 29, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703 is very irregular in supplying LPG cylinders to home in spite of repeated reminders and personal visits to their office. They always give false promises of sending the gas cylinder immediately or by next day, which invariably does not happen. It is taking almost 35-40 days or even more in present case from the date of booking and still they fail to deliver the cylinder. In the present case we have booked the gas on 15th may and are yet to recdeive the refilled cylinder. My consumer No.is 45648.

please solve my problem
