We had ordered ATV bikes from Nebula Automotive ATV Navi Mumbai Showroom for our Mohili Meadows Resort in Karjat. The bikes broke down in the first week itself. When we called up their office for sending a technician, they never turned up. After 4 – 5 calls for service, they sent a technician after two weeks. The technician, who visited, didn’t even have the required spares to repair the ATV bikes. So he promised to return with the spares but he never turned up.
Now we have been trying to call them but they have rudely replied that they don’t have a technician to attend us. The customer care executive is very rude in responding & not even bothered to answer our questions.
Beware! This company is selling low quality products with dismal service. Nebula Automotive ATV doesn’t value the customers or their complaints & so one should keep distance from such company. Don’t waste your money buying products from this company who are doing business only with intention to sell cheap products & false promises.
