I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Mumbai... but their system did not confirm my Delhi-Mumbai ticket, however it confirmed Mumbai-Delhi ticket. When i talked to their customer care executive that I need the refund, the lady says we'll refund the Delhi - Mumbai fare but deduct the refund charges for Mumbai - Delhi flight and then make the refund. I dont understand how am I supposed to come from Mumbai if I do not go there in the first place. This was clearly ezeego1's system error and came out of reporting false fares. Now they dont even accept their mistake and take the customer for a ride.
I believe ezeego1 being an agent, the non-issuance of ticket should have been sorted about between the airlines (principal) and ezeego1 (agent). The customer should not be penalized without any fault.
I think if they cant operate ethically they should close down.
