Rejection of 2 wheeler loan

I Koritala Dinakar approached M/s.M.G.Bajaj Scooters for 2 wheeler loan. I have been informed by M/s. Family Credit, (who are having tie-up with M/s.M.G.Bajaj for financing of 2 wheeler) that I have defaulted payment of ICICI credit card. I wish to state that my payments are up to date and I am surprised to know that my name appears in CIBEL list. Please verify and let me know the factual position to enable me to take up the matter with M/s. Family Credit.
