I booked through online the call taxi from Fast Track on 13th June to travel from madipakkam to chennai central for the next day travel (15th june, tuesday, 10:00 am) and next day morning around by 8 am i called and confirmed the booking and asked for the driver's number. The person told the will call before 15 or 30 mts and i no need to worry about that.

I didn't receive any call till 09.30 am and i called and the person the car is coming from guindy and will reach the spot within 20 mts. and i rec'd the call at 09.45 am and the person told that the car alloted for us is now at medavakkam and will reach within 25 mts.

train is at 11.40, and i asked my family to take an auto. after a long struggle they central but couldn't catch the train, in the mean i called the fast track and the cancelled the car.

after my family missed the train, my wife called the fast track to scold them and they replied that we cancelled the car only after the car has reached the spot...

we lost time, we lost the commitment and we lost the money and we lost much more...

fast track is not a fast track... and fast track is a slow track...
