FASTTRACK CALL TAXI - MADURAI
EXCESS CASH TAKEN BY DRIVER

Dear Sir/Madame

Please advise FASTTRACK - MADURAI to refer to my SMS sent at around 12:05 hrs on 01.12.2011.

Yesterday [31.08.2011]I have booked one Tata Sumo for 4 hrs package [40 kms] to Madurai airport and return., thro' Ms. Vidhya - Vehicle I9D: 501, TATA SUMO Driver Mobile: 98420 05898. from my residence at Iyer Bungalow from 16:30 hrs - 19:00 hrs. The drive has asked for Rs. 300 immediately on travelling just 200 ft for putting Diesel at an IOC Bunk, Krishna Nagar - Ier Bungalow and I gave him Rs. 300/-. But upon return at 7 pm he has taken Rs. 550/- for the package cost, without refunding that amount Rs. 300/- which he has taken for putting the diesel from me. It seems that car was not owned by Fasttrack but has hired by them. Now I request them to kindly advise Madurai office to get that Rs. 300/- back to me or can advise that they could adjust with my future bookings with Fasttrack Call Taxi Services and to this effect they should send me a SMS stating for this refund of Rs. 300/-
