Unacceptable Delay of shipment and still missing

Shipment of aluminium from Washington to Coimbatore for College project work

Date of pickup- 4th march

Date of scheduled delivery at CBE - 11th March

Totally 3 shipments involved. only 2 have reached. 3rd shipment is yet to arrive delay of 20 days.

How much more delay not known because shipment has been wrongly sent to Tunisia.

Status of shipment after that not yet known. No proper response from customer care.

No sense of responsibility at all.

Damage to us- we will not get our degree certificate because we wont be able to finish project in time.

that is a big blow to our careers.

We wont be able to get into our companies because we are not getting graduation certificate in time.

other team members wont be able to pursue higher studies because they wont be able to get their visa processing and other formalities completed because of lack of degree certificate.

great great loss to us students.

we want full refund plus compensation.
