Fiat has a pathetic customer service located at Mumbai. They do not listen to a traumatized Customer. The Operations Manager- "Ranjit Gupta" should be sacked/ replaced- He has NO Customer Service attitude whatsoever.
I hope someone at Fiat takes some action and do something to strengthen their Customer base- or else loose esteemed customers.
Secondly, parts take way too long to come from Italy. They really need to pull up their socks and take control of the situation.
