I have a fiat punto car which got hit in june and certainly the company service centre was the place to go..thereafter june the car is standing in the service centre (techno automobiles, najafgarh road), its july and still the company people dont have any idea when the car will be in driving condition... 13 months of waiting time and the staff working at the service centre says only one thing- sir we have ordered this part which is not available in the company warehouse in delhi, it has to come from pune and when contacted weeks later they will say it has to come from italy...

when higher authorities were contacted all they did was an e mail apologising for the delay and mentioning a number of their general manager who never answers the phone...

tata motors- owner of jaguar and fiat motors the proud owners of the ferrari, is this the way you treat your customers???
