I have bought Fiat Punto Emotion Pack Diesel Version car which is bought in the month of Dec'09. Its been just 5 months and 6000 kms that the car has completed. The car came with a defective rear left speaker on which following up with the Customer Relation manager Mr Chetan got replaced but i had given the car for in-cabin rattlings which has still not gone the car has lots of weired noises from inside and outside. There is some rusty noise from both rear suspensions and is increasing day by day. When i launched a complaint on Fiat's Own Website i got a call on 04-May and when i told the lady who i spoke to regarding sending someone to my place to pick the car up she put me on hold to take her manager someone by the name Mr Mule from Bharti Motors whether they can send someone for pickup but to his badluck the conversation between the lady and Mr Mule could be heard in their regional language (Marathi) which i could understand and was shocked to hear the conversation Mr Mule was shouting at the lady saying that tell the customer that we dont have any time and he should come here as if i m a Begger or some Lower class man who doesnt have any self respect. Would really like some to comeup with a solution and get back to me. My Registration Number is MH-02-BP-1193 and my ctc is 9833241081.
