I was supposed to receive a consignment (# F72108854) last week (by 26th of May). I haven't received it yet. I checked online tracking with the consignment no, which said it was delivered on 25th of May. But I haven't received it yet. I have not even got a call regarding the delivery. I called the customer care executive (who had the courtesy to receive the call after I tried for hours to reach them) who said that it was returned to the original address, but couldn't tell me why. Returned? Without even calling me? Why? Then she said she would check the 'Hub' and call me back later in the day. And there was no 'calling me back'. Where is my consignment? This is totally unacceptable. Very poor service. Very unethical. I want my consignment to be delivered by 1st June. I WANT IT!
