Non--receipt of smart card / blue book

After my complain by email on saturday, 26.5.12, to Chevrolet, gurgaon, about non-receipt of smart card / blue book, from the dealer, Dulichand Motors, a call was given to me. The car registration department people of dulichand motors, EM BYPASS, Kolkata, asked me to enquire about the delivery of smart card/ blue book from the nearest Post Office.

I also received a call from the Chevrolet, Gurgaon Office, asking do the same thing.

After enquiring about the smart card / blue book from the nearest post office, it was told to me, till Tuesday, 29.5.12, they have not received any smart card / blue book in my name.

My chevrolet beat car no. was fitted on 31.3.12, saturday.

Today, it is 30.5.12, Wednesday, almost two months are over.

Till now, i have not received my smart card.

I have one more car, thats Maruti Suzuki, Wagon R, but from them i didnot get this trouble.

Was this a mistake to buy a car from a renowned company like Chevrolet, thats why so much trouble.
