Complain regarding wiring and alternator
Sir/mam i have tata sumo grade LX with commecrial number UP14AT 7224, suddenly it was not going to taking charge with battery so vechile was not starting, i came to noida on 17 july'2009 tata sterling in sec-8 noida and told them, their supervisor attended me and checked out problem and told there is problem in wiring and alternator. they told your vechicle wiring is shot and they sent the alternator to theie respective vendor to LOCAS and after that locas sent the report vechicle wiring is shot so there is any warranty from our side. superviser told me, sir we inform to tata in pune they are aware your problem and tata is giving u warrany for both parts wiring and alternator we given the VR:0030348497 and it takes 3-4 days to come from pune wait the time we waited, finally on 1 st August wiring came in sterling by courier from pune after few hour they told us there is wire tempered in your wiring so there will not be any warranty for any item, you have to charge for this, and make the estimate of Rs.40000/-
Sir i have querry how i loose my warranty i have taken also the extended warrany even they can also check it out on first day and could tell us u loose your warrany i have commecrial vechile and it attatched with a company and i have pay 2500/- penalty on a single day. who will pay this amount after that i told them, u people are making fraud with us, giv back to my vechicle i will repair my vechicle in other service centre or some where else, they made the bill 450 for alternator open-fitting and 1250 for deskboard open-fitting and 250*15=3750 for parking charge, total of Rs.5450,
Sir even this is thier fault that by their mistake they have kept my vechicle for 15 days why i pay for parking charge, i left my vechicle in sterling,
Sir kindly revert me, by their mistake why i have to pay parking amount, i am waiting your response
