Very very poor service of the deale

Dear all,

I am your customer from the last 15 years. During last years, I had bought only MARUTI cars out of which 3 are Omni, 1WagonR and 1Zen Estilo and this time again I planned to buy a WAGONR. But this time I was little bit confused between Hyundai i10 and wagon R .Thinking of the past years, I made my mind that if there was not a single complaint in MARUTI cars then why should I change to Hyundai.

Now coming directly to the point, this time I haven’t got good response from your dealer ‘JAYCEE MOTORS, AMRITSAR’. They are so lazy people. No one bother about their duties and responsibilities. Accessories counter lady doesn’t know how to speak with customers. We are asking for the things of the car which were with the car and she came to us and said that we should tell her for that. We had waited a lot there. How silly people they are! They have no manners. This time I got so poor response from JAYCEE MOTORS, AMRITSAR that I have a plan for SX-4 also but now I am sure that I will never look back to MARUTI SUZUKI cars. I’ll prefer HONDA or HYUNDAI for cars.

There was a scheme of steering wheel cover which they told us that they will inform us when it will come. And I had not got it yet. And I have bought Wagon R on 10th of July. They told us car will be ready in 3 to 4 hours but it was not so..

I will tell all my dearer and nearer to never buy a MARUTI CAR as their service is not good.

Hope there will be some action in future
