Dear Sir,
I have purchased one LOGAN 1.4 GLX from M/S Auto Plannate Indostories, Dhanbad, Jharkhand in the month of March. At the time of booking of the car I was told that I will get the car delivered with Fog Lamp under FOC (free of cost).
But at the time of delivery after making the full payment I was told at present the original LOGAN Fog Lamp is not available in the inventory I will get that within a week. After a week again time of 10 days was aseked. After 10 days I was told the fog lamp is available but the wiring kit for the fog lamp is not available please come after 10 days. When I went to the dealer after 10 days, the persons of sales dept. of the dealer brought some elctricians from local market and they started making hole in the bumper of my car. However they made oversize hole than the fog lamp, I did not told anything when they started the wiring by using normal wire, I asked the sales personal where is the original wiring kit for which I was told to wait for so many days, he told there is no such wiring kit wiring will be done by this wire only and they told to give a seperate local switch for the fog lamp in the dash board. Then I approached the GM of the dealer and he told
not to worry they will do the wiring by using the original wiring kit only and I was again told to wait for 10 days and the will inform me. They did not informed me anymore, however one day I went to the dealer to ask the status, the told the wiring kit has come and they will fit the foglamp right now. Now see the situtation the wiring kit is not matching with the fog lamp then I asked the person who is responsible fpr the spares, he told me confidetially that the fog lamp is actually not original. Then I came to know that the fog lamp which was told to me of Rs. 7000/- is of Rs. 300- 400/- only. And I will have to install a seperate switch for operating the foglamp and wiring will be done by the ordinary wire only. Finally I insisted to use the head light knob only for operating the fog lamp. Then they told ok they will dimand that knob form the mahindra HQ and then inform me. More than one mont have passed and I have not Been informed.
My car is looking very odd with the over sized cut hole for fog lamp.
After getting frustated i am complaining to you.
I feeling cheated by the deeler.
Plese look into the matter immediately at your level. I no more want any Fog Lamp In FOC I want my Bumper to be replaced. Now i am feeling humiliated by Mahindra.
Please look into the matter urgently
