If u are planning to purchase ford fiesta, I request u to pls never ever think about it. I am suffering from last 3 years & worst thing with the product is service.
recently I drop my car at harpreet sevice station (gurgaon) for minor accidental work. they committed to deliver the car in 7 days even the work is of only one day. and after many many calls they release my car after 2 weeks after very unsatisfactory work.
when I checked my car i found one wheel stud broken and one is faulty, I immediately approach to service centre but they refuse to accept it.
after long arguments they called me at their centre, when I reached their they returned me without any attention or satisfaction.
I have long list of their misbehaviour especially harpreet ford's employees and request u all don't purchase ford's product
