Ford Fiesta
NO PROPER SERVICE BY LOCAL DEALER

Dear Sir,

I am Israel Ponraj & my car is Ford Fiesta (PY O1 AN 5070). On 16.08.11 I left my car at SARVESH FORD, Vellore, Ph. No: 0416-2256477 for some minor complaints. But so far, not only they did rectify the fault but also increased the fault to a greater extent. ie.By the when I left it over there, there was no smoke at all. But now, one cannot stand behind my car since the smoke comes like anything even when in idling speed. They are very much negligent in this regard instead of care taking. I need my vehicle in good condition.
