Dear sir,

My car is just about 2 years old and i fail to understand the reason for the number of problems that my car has had in just such short a span of time. My car stopped in between the way, 3-4 times and with the help of local mechanic i, somehow managed to reach the destination.

There is problem in power stearing in my car (FORD FUSION PLUS) from the first day of purchase. When i went to your service centre, DAISY FORD, HISSAR, they told me that it is ok. But now the stearing is very hard. In between clutch is also causing problem.

Now, when i am going to your service centre they are saying that my car is out of warrenty, asking for 80 thousand expenses and saying that i have to leave my car for 1-2 months at the service centre. When my car is under warrenty, your service centre was constantly ignoring the problem.

I am tired of the troble that i have been having with my car and your service centre.

Kindly consider my problem and reply me as soon as possible otherwise i have to act strictly and have to reach consumer court.
