POOR SERVICE & CHEATING

Hi,

My name is Nagasai, i have purchased a ford figo exi diesel version in june from Lakshmi cars from nellore (Andhrapradesh). I have given my car for service in chennai ford ambattur branch located in chennai (tamilnadu) in september i have given for 3rd general service they collected some amount nearly Rs7000 saying there is a problem which will not cover under warranty so i paid them. Today around 10:30 am on 30/1 (Car Number: AP 26 Ag 7062) i have given car for 4th service asking for general service. Mr Murali from chennai ford has called around 3:30pm and informed me that there is noise in engine so it will cost around Rs 10000 (Ten Thousand) i told him that i have 2 year warranty or 1 lakh kilometer if it is engine problem, I have roamed 36000 kilometers only. So i asked him to send me mail asking what is the exact problem but they are not responding properly, i truly believe that there is some misuse happening in during paid services, even though we do service intime. In my house we use 3 ford cars 1 Fiesta diesel & 1 Fiesta pertol version and recently figo, but know is feeling that service centers are cheating us in paid services and only option left for us is to leave this brand and go to some other cars.
