Gas cylinder booked on 20/12 not received yet

Hi,

i have booked lpg gas cylinder via on phone -01122321490, shaheed subhash gas service agency shahdara on 20/12, firstly these guys not ready to provide the booking reference no.give wired excusses that printer is not working...

its been 12 days till date no cylinder we have receiceved yet . neither these agency people picking the phone . kindly to take a necessary action against these people . and delieved the cylinder ASAP.
