Gas not delivered

Dear sir,

I had booked from online or phone call 1712 a cylinder on 18.12.2010 and my booking Ref. No. is- 5191936 .

Its more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. I checked my account on bharat gas website there shown that my gas cylinder is delivered at my home dt- 27.12.10. but we have not received any gas cylinder in my home. Then where are delivered my gas cylinder pls confirm it.

I have dial the these phone no. or bharat gas customer care phone no. but anybody not received my phone call. I try to all no. who I find from bharat gas site or agency no. regularly but not received my phone call. What this is the bharat gas services.

This type of problem I am facing since one year.
