No one pickups phone, Few numbers which are printed on the receipt is not the valid number. the emergency number is wrong

Smell is coming out from the gas cylinder. Constantly trying to reach on the telephone numbers for last 5days. No one pickups phone. normally we usualy face this problem each tim we try to ontact the company

Few numbers which are printed on the receipt is not the valid number. the emergency number is wrong. how will I proceed and inform about the problem. No one pickups phone for new booking also.
