Dear Sir/Medam,
My name is jigar shah from ahmedabad. I have booked a Chevrolet Beat LT with Gallops Motors Pvt. Ltd. on 3/7. At that time i have given Rs. 5000/- a booking amount. After that i have to take delivery on 4th August 11. So i called to their executive Mr. Mehul, but on Insurance point that executive has done stupid behaviour with me. After that on sunday I have a accident and fracture on left leg. so i have to rest for 1 and half month. So due to the stupid behaviour i have decide to not take chevrolet Beat Car. So i told them, But they as not listenining me. The company executive Mr. Mehul come to my home and told me please dont write reason of stupid behaviour, if u you write i loose my job. So a Humanity I have canceled the Stupid behaviour reason in that application and write the My accident reason. Now they told me they cant refund my money due to my car was hold. But I have not told them to hold my car. Now they tell me this excuse.
I have shown my Humanity but they are not. They are interested only in their money and not in the customer satisfaction. Really I hate this General Motors (Gallops Motors Pvt. Ltd.) Behaviour.
