Sir, I Name Balveer Singh have issued my ATM cum debit card to book the ticket from Srinagar to New Delhi on 05 May. At the time to booking, the amount Rs 7665/- has been deducted from account No 30941251190 at SBI, Kalyani Nagar, Pune through transaction No 020-65001667 to your account and ticket was not confirm. Due to non confirm of ticket, the amount is reqd to be refunded to my account. However only 3405/- rupees has been refund. You are requested to refund my bal money that is 4250/- at the earliest.
