I booked an air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi from Make My Trip. The flight was of Air India's flight (AI-101) for 15th August at 800 PM. In the ticket it was nowhere mentioned that from which airport flight will take off. As there are two airports in Mumbai domestic and international. I was waiting for flight at domestic terminal when I came to know that flight is scheduled from International Terminal I had to hire a cab for going to International Airport as it was urgency I had to pay hefty amount to the cabdriver and had to bear lot of mental and physical trauma at the last moment.
I want to take some strict action against such kind of erratic services against the booking travel agent. I am thinking towards going to consumer forum and IATA for such kind of pathetic treatment of customers for avoiding such actions on my part I should be compensated adequately and promptly.
