Gas cylinder not delivered

Dear sir

i have booked my number on 25th feb..

on march 3rd when i asked them about delivery they said u will get it by 5 pm... bt not delivered..again i called them on 8pm they said it will be delivered in half an hour... but not received my cylinder.

now todat i called and they are saying booking of 25th is not yet delivered... how can this be possible...

i stay in wakab pune and my dealer is guru prasad agencies in aundh pune

please do the needful
