Booking of cylinder on Phone- Not reachable
My consumer no.42560 and I am a resident of C-5, ManglapuriI, Palam Colony, New Delhi (My cell No. is 9310490718) M/s Gauri Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. I have booked the Cylinder Thru Phone (TOMO Servise) on 08.02. But still i do note received the cylinder from Gauri Enterprises, When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy. I have been trying for more than 7 days) over phone continously (for 10 to 20 Times daily) for status of my booked cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (011-25363464, 25363157) remains busy, the cylinder has not been Delivered till date. its happned IInd time continusly I have to face this problem for Kooking,
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to delivery my cylinder immdiatly and set his system either to delivery of cylinder, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
