Repair of vehicle within gurantee period

I have purchased a new Rock-100 motorcycle from M/s. Victory Motors of Puducherry (Pondy) during Aug. But within a period of 5 months it got repairs. No service or repair was available with the dealer. So I wrote to the Xenitis Group of Global Automobiles, Kolkatta for suitable repair or replacement or repa;yment of money by e-mails to but in vain. Hence I request your forum to take up the ;matter and help me in this regard
