Dear Sir,

Our customer Mr Shrawan Kumar Karnani had taken a loan on his Maruti ZEN car regn No RJ 14 3C 2434 in Apr 1998. The said car has since been purchased by us ie Vipul Motors True value in exchchange scheme. The NOC of the said car is NOT being released by your office at Ganpati Plaza. MI Road, Jaipur. they are asking for Rs 5000/- for the release of NOC, since the complete money of loan stands paid why should one pay this amount?

It is requested that the NOC may please be released at the earliest, with out any payment.
