Letter Releasing Hypothecation

I require a letter from GMAC Financial Services India Limited stating that my loan Ref: H.P./Loan Agreement. No. 1031299 dated 9/30 for purchase of Vehicle - ALTYO LX has been fully paid up. This was given to them by way of post dated cheques. The loan was paid up in September/ October. I have been trying to contact them over the phone both in Mumbai and Chennai but have been unsuccessful. I understand that a company Ally has taken over but my request to them has given me the same numbers that I have been trying to call and have had no response.
