### NEW ISSUES GENERATED AFTER SERVICE ####
We are quite old and premium customer of GM (Regent automobiles) but for last few months we are facing lot of issues with their services includes technical customer services which is getting worst day by day. It actually made me to take some time out and file a complaint against it.
ISSUE:-
--We have given our car for normal service dated 01-June.
--Defect was just "AC cooling was not so good".
After SERVICE effects :-
-- AC was not at all working and they said we need to test and drive for 1 day & then they will tell us exactly what was the fault.
-- Car Temp was getting high within every 10-15 min.
-- After service coolant was not there so car was heated so much that bottle leakage started.
-- Car was breakdown on the road next day and not even able to start the car.
-- we needed to wait until it gets cool and then gone to the same service station for this complaint.
WHAT THEY DID :- GM SERVICE
--They (MR, VINOD -SUPERVISOR) told they will check it out and then let me know the status.
--after 2 days they told that it is something related to ENGINE now as gas kit faulty and we need to open engine head to replace it.
-- we have contacted manager MR. PATHAK to take care of this issue.
-- He checked and updated that we will take care of it and we don't need to pay any charges for it and given time for next 2 days.
-- IT IS GETTING 18-19 DAYS NOW and today they said again it didn't worked and they need to open the engine head again to repair it and it again take 5 days.
-- It is actually harassing us by saying #come next day -next day# on daily basis which was never expected from GM.
I HAVEN'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM GM MOTORS (REGENT AUTOMOBILES) WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND NOT AT ALL APPRECIATED.
IT ACTUALLY IMPACT OUR BUSINESS DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF CAR.
KINDLY TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS ISSUE and help us and getting this done on time, so they will make sure that they will not do the same thing for any other customer and be the pain in butt for them.
