I booked return tickets for my family (5 passengers including me) on the GO AIR Delhi-Jammu flight using their website "www.goair.in". After filling in all the details and processing the payment, I received a faulty ticket that stated the same name for all the 5 passengers. (PNR number:3YJSNJ)
I clearly remember that I had entered the correct names for all the five members but the technical glitch in the website created this issue. Moreover, I would never write 5 same names for all the passengers.
Now, when I am contacting the customer care numbers, they insist that the only solution is to cancel and rebook the tickets. I fail to understand the logic as I will have to pay 1500/- per head to cancel the tickets without any fault of mine.
The staff of the customer service representatives is very unresponsive and the behavior is not at all helpful. I have also written emails to the feedback address but have not received any response after 3 days of calling and mailing.
This is very depressing and gives me a wrong picture of a so-called customer friendly airline! I hope I can use this forum to invite some response from GO AIR.
