We booked three air ticket through go ibibo from Cochin to Hyderabad to travel on 04/06.we come to know that the flight is canceled on that day and it was not informed by the company. We also found fault from king fisher airline authority that only one adult ticket was booked and other two children ticket is not booked. When i informed the same to costumer care of go ibibo they told me that they will return the same but till date it is not received and cancellation confirmation no is CRN014BCV 17.The customer care no also not lifting the phone. Plz do the needful.
