I have been a regular Ibibo customer. I purchased 2 return Ibibo tickets Patna/Delhiand got a Gift Coupon No. ACFC1EF242D of Rs600 of Futurebazaar. I used this coupon and paid another Rs1199 to buy an item, Order No. 5056943309. This money and the gift coupon has been digested by Futurebazaar as they save they have delivered the goods through Blue Dart. I have not received anything from Futurebazaar, Bluedart or Ibibo. Futurebazaar says they cannot do anything in this as their records say they have delivered the item to someone, even if it is not me. I did not expect Ibibo, that I have trusted so much in the past, to be a part of this swindling racket. Whoever has played the cheap trick, I am sorry to say, Ibibo has become a part of this. I may have to go to the Consumer Forum because this is total calculated fraud.
