Car damage while toeing

Dear Sir,

With great displeasure, I am writing this. Car No. GJ 06 CM 4305.

I am from Vadodara, Gujarat. The dealer is Gopinathji.

I had bought Spark model from him. Last week I had a break down and had called for his service. While toeing they damaged my car.

Now he is asking for the repair amount from me. This is really unjustifiable. I cannot pay for which I am not responsible.

Is this the consumer / after sales service GM is going to give? I am really frustrated with this.

Please look into the matter and do something urgently.
